God is Bigger!

In Jeremiah 32:27, God asks an important question – “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?” Difficulties have a way of skewing our view of God… When we are faced with giant problems all around us, we sometimes forget just how BIG our God is.
It’s a question that we should continually ask ourselves – “Is there anything too difficult for my God?”
Believing that nothing is impossible for God requires faith in your faithful Father. It requires surrendering the very impossibility that you face into His trusted hands, knowing that He is there FOR you.
God has given you a multitude of promises in His Word and every single one of them is absolute, and truth. So when He says that “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me” (Jeremiah 29:13), how then can you ever doubt that God is there for you?
As big as God is, He doesn’t distance himself to unreachable, lofty places. Instead, He is always right beside you. He wants you to know Him intimately and find Him. He WANTS you to abide in Him with all your heart.
He wants you to strengthen yourself with all His promises, given to YOU in His Word so that your faith in Him will grow.
James 4:8, says, “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you”; in Psalm 145:18, you are reminded that “The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth” and in Psalm 4610, “Be still, and know that I am God.”
So many promises from such a big God!
God’s invitation to you to come closer never ceases and it has NO boundaries. When He said in Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest,” it is because He NEVER wants you to dwell where weary wallows.
God is your endless source of strength. He wants you to turn to Him no matter what your need is. He is always waiting… always there.
Today, I want to challenge you – What can you do to see the magnitude of God in every circumstance you face and in every place your step into? What can you do to surrender your situation, impossible as it may seem, into His capable hands?
